I created BE Remarkable from a question I kept coming back to: what do people actually experience when they meet a professional, a leader or a company?
My career has taken me through journalism, television, HR and employer branding. I work in the space between message and experience, helping people and organizations make their presence clearer, more credible and consistent with what they want to be known for.

I am the only Romanian professional to have spoken with Simon Barrow, the initiator of the employer branding concept. That conversation sharpened a belief I already knew from practice: employer brand is built through what people experience when they come into contact with an organization.
My work has also been shaped by the mentorship of Paul Russell, co-founder and Director of Global Training at Luxury Academy London.
